The day starts with getting ready and the excitement of reaching the office even surprises me. It is not the pending tasks or work pressure but the freshness in the air, energy, and enthusiasm in every corner of the workplace that keep me fully charged. Greeting everyone and exchanging pleasantries is an unsaid rule of our fraternity and none is an exception. I found Ashish and Inder as highly amiable, understanding, and respectful towards everyone including the support staff and it continues in the same way.

I clearly remember that I was being told that I'm the boss of my work and that the authority and responsibility related to my work lie purely with me. I do not remember even a single incident when someone barked orders at me but the designation of being My Own Boss imbibed a sense of responsibility in a surprising and inspiring way.

I am able to complete all my tasks with much ease as everyone is ever willing to pour in the best possible support on a single hoot. What a great mental support it is. The days pass by while listening to soothing numbers without disturbing others, and sharing lunch and snacks with all my pals and the day becomes most exciting when we have weekly training sessions and celebrations. The family, I hate calling Edunext a company, has made.

When I started my career, I had to come miles away from all my loved ones and used to get satisfied with some gifts and birthday wishes on my birthday and messages on WhatsApp regarding auspicious days and festivals. I was overwhelmed when my birthday was celebrated with much Fervour enthusiasm, love, affection, best wishes, blessings, and gifts were showered from every direction. "Wow".

And you know what, I got a pat on the back with an award for becoming Employee of the Month for the month of May and vying to become Employee of the Year. My family Recognize the sincere efforts of every family member and I vouch for it. After our Jim Corbett trip held last year and our Rishikesh trip this year, I look forward to another exciting trip soon as we all have a blast.

I seek to mention that we all love and respect each other and work as equals. I have volumes to talk but a client is calling and my sense of responsibility is indicating that I should put my pen down and get back to my exciting job.
